I'm making Cafepress the official shop for the book. I'm really please with the results and therefore decided on it. The shipping cost is cheaper than Lulu's which will make everyone happy.

The format of this book is 7.5 x 9.25 rather than Lulu's version of 8.5 x 11.

I placed an order at Cafepress, but they could not process my order ( I live outside the USA )

Charles, is there any other way to buy the book ?

I live outside of the US and had no problem with my order. I also just had a look at the web site and could see any restriction on countries that they deliver to.  Which country are you from?

That is strange. When did you plce the order? It could be that they were having problems with their website because I could not access it for some time. I just checked now and it seems to be back on track. I suggest you try again and if it still respond then just give them a call at the number they provided. I could have helped you with this but I am not home. I am on vacation.

I placed the order few days ago. The problem is I don't know if they will proceed the order automatically, since I have given my creditcard detail during the ordering process.

If I re order ,  they 'might' charge for 2x books - I just need 1 book though ":)"  -



It would be nice if they can confirm whether my previuos order is simply cancelled, and then I can re-order

This is what happened in my case;

After my order was processed I received a confirmation email within a few minutes of placing the order.

I then received a further email confirming that it had been shipped.  In my case they shipped it the following day.

If you have not received these confirmation emails I would suspect that your order has not been processed.
