Well, I took a bolt of the type M12 (that's the thread size of mine) and just hold it tightly against the springs and turned it like you would do if you were screwing the bolt in. It's that simple. I did it by hand but you might want to place the spring in a vise to hold it in place if it is difficult to get it. Like I said, it is tight fitted so a little force might be needed.

Talked to another guy at Lesjöfors today. He took a look at my order and saw that they had sent me the wrong springplugs. Wire thickness is 3.5 mm but the plug was only for 3mm. New plugs should arrive tomorrow Smiley

OK, first tryout with the system turned out really great! The arm was really smooth and felt really good. I shot a video together with two friends of a black metal band called Dark Funeral, kinda big in Sweden Wink We used a Sony FX1000 which is more than twice as heavy as our own camera. I think the arm needed some more weight as it reduced some bobbing. Now we'll use the stabilizer as often we can Smiley

Got some pictures of me in action, some guy from a metal magazine was there and took some photos.
