I'll get photos of the vest later. I modeled the sled after the Glidecam 2000 pro.

Congrats on the very Budget build you've done. How much did all the parts cost for your little venture? Can't wait to see the vest.

Not bad price for the materials. I guess you know where to find the good deals.

I'd like to make something like this, but I can't tell from your photo how the arms are connected and how the mounting ends are pieced. Thanks!

I'm sure he will response but from what I can gather you will need to see the first/arm mount first, which he has not posted. Secondly the single threaded rod at the end of the arm is suppose to go in the handle of the sled. The two rods at the lower end of the arm connects to the vest, similiar to the GC V-series. As for the elbow connections, it's pretty hard to tell but they look like hinges from my point of view.

Sorry about that. I had some studies to do but I updated the arm and will soon gather more pictures. To save time when getting ready to shoot, I removed one of the vest connections for a single connection. I also got a 4 hour camera battery and had to adjust the weights. I decided not to add a monitor and save my 7" monitor for a jib arm or just as a reference monitor. Though, the wood for the gimble is bending and I can't find strong enough metal in that U shape. But I think the rig will hold. I had a stand but the top fell off (I am glad I removed the rig before it broke Thanks Charles. I really enjoy this forum and missed it. Thanks.
