Ave,

...or just hello  Smiley

As introducing yourself seemed a custom on this forum, I'll just join the lot !

So do us a favor and put Both Names at the bottom of your post. Thanks.

Charles King

Just playing with some trouble I had subscribing myself on this BBS  Wink

Karl Heinrich Restrepo Estrada  (no, it didn't fit into the fill-out form Tongue)  from The Netherlands, reporting for freaking !
Born in Berlin yet living in Holland, I'm creating and inoventing stuff with a artistic touch, as you may call it "tinkering" and such.
Audio and especially video caught my attention, so from one to the other... I ended up onto this forum. And with no regrets at all !

I am currently working on my own steadycam/stablizer project (who isn't ?...) and shall post some pics of my progress soon as possible.
I may call myself lucky, finding this forum !

And I think I'll just skip the so called 'ASLP' part Tongue

Godspeed !

Guten Tag Karl,

Where in Holland do you live?  I used to spend quite a bit of time in Eindhoven when I worked for Philips.  Smiley

Nope, no light-bulbs.  I worked for Philips Medical.  There is a training center in Best.  Maybe we passed by each other in Utrecht Central Smiley

Alas I no longer go overseas, I work for the Japanese now and go to California for training.  With the exchange rate for the Euro, not many Americans are doing their vacationing in Europe any more.
