vest + arm in the uk ?

hiya,
im really contemplating getting the dual arm system from the indian company on ebay as i really havent got the tools or time to make an arm at the moment, is there anyone in the uk or would ship something to the uk?
I have a flycam3000 so that part is ok.

anyone there who has a system for sale? i need it to be able to carry at least 7kg

yeah if i get it ill do a review... just £700 is alot for a system thats not really been reviewed, but i suppose its only like a home made system, and im sure this is better than i could produce at the moment
