tight spring or loose the spring a bit?

Hi guys,

I have another question...Is the spring in your arm suppose to be tight or loose a bit..?

If the springs are to tight, the almost wont work. So let your arm bones look down a little. Normally it depends of the arm/style, but i guess your arm is a 3a type.
