Any steadicam operators in Winnipeg?

I am working on a project that is getting bigger by the day and I am looking for a local steadicam operator.  We are using a Canon XL2 camera and are in the works on building a sled and rig for it.  I would like to get in person tips and tricks on how to use the rig (when its built).  Also some on locations help at setting up the rig for certain shots.  I would love to go to a school to learn, but they are pricey and  there aren't any schools near that offer courses on the subject.

So anyone out there from Winnipeg Manitoba Canada?
