Well, if you can move the camera side-to-side, that's "trimming" it side to side, "trimming" front to back is the exact same thing, except in another axis. The gimbal fork does sound like it could be the issue, though oddly enough none of my gimbal forks have ever done that (even the really bad one I made out of angle brackets). But, that sounds like it could be a cause of the issue.

Again. I urge you to find a way to mount the sled so you can try the side to side balance.  That way you can check it with a level.
I really think your gimbal fork is off.

Yeah, the more I think about it, the more I think its the gimbal fork...adjusting the z or x axis tilt on the gimbal...the side to side doesnt seem to be much of an issue...(and trust me, the way I had to make my gimbal, I wouldnt be surprised if it was to fault, LOL)
Ok, I will try adjusting it, and let you know if thats the problem:)
Thanks for your feedback!
If anyone has had a particular spinning problem though in previous builds, please do feel free to post here and let me know, as it would help me nail down the issue immensly, but thanks for the help so far anyway:) I'll update when Ive adjusted everything:)
I'll try and get a way to mount the sled also, cause I know its part of the problem...just not easy to find a place to do it without cutting holes in tables for the screw to attach to the arm and bracket, LOL.
Thanks!
