A day in the life of a camera guy part 1
Morning exercise,
Excersise is a vital part which should be in every camera operator, start off with a few push ups, situps and if your really in the mood for it jib ups!

yeah, i had the phone on 10 second timer on the stairs, i had the jib on the ground, i had to run down and pick it up in the time limit:P
