As matter of fact, Luis bought it....

If by any chance you have the time it would be nice to see a review of it in the review forum. Smiley

Charles,
I'll be happy to do so, as soon as I get it. I'm still eagerly waiting for it.  Sad

Don't worry Luis! Your unit will be shipped as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we're handling with the PayPal hassles. Did you know we didn't receive yet the payment from the PayPal? We're waiting for the first part (!). Yes, the first part 'cause they splitted in two parts (but they didn't ask for our opinion on the matter!!) and the 2nd one, only next month (!!!). We're already trying another quick route adding all the efforts and tools we can. Anyway, I'm not sure they will allow it so soon as we'd like (status: waiting).

Cheers,
Emanuel Smiley

EDIT -- I'll keep you informed, that's for sure!

Count me among those very interested in user review/commentary on the FS-Pro SM1.  I would also like to see some additional footage shot with it by a really experienced operator, as the demos on the website are not quite enough to convince me.  But it certainly looks like the best value for carrying cameras in the 13-15 pound range.

Elizabeth,

I have another demo available. Feel free if you wish: send me a PM and I can send you an e-mail with the footage.

Here's a suggestion. why not do a 2-4 min clip incorporating all(almost) aspects of operating into one. That way, you do not have to do small clips like you just posted on your website. For example, do shots as well as preceding shots walking shots on flat ground then stairs  then running on flat ground, again followed by running upstairs/downstairs. Include panning and booming. All this will show the customer what the rig is capable of in one clip instead of a series of different clips.

For me this will be a better way to entice the customer. This new clip does not do it for me. Not trying to be negative but I see all low end stabilizer companies never seem to grasp this issue. It cannot be so hard to do. Can it?Huh? Why the one clip liners... You have to make the demo interesting to get the customer to want to look again.

I've tried may times to convey this same issue to Leigh for his smootharm but for some reason it still hasn't been done... I guess the task is difficult to do... Lips sealed

Hello Charles,

You have all right, but I do not have to post this new clip to make sell the system even more, The company goes very well
it is that with the work I even had no time  to make it  others demo, it is a sequence shot last autumn. Go up and down  stairs will prove not at all the stability of the system but the capacity of the operator.

I dont know if you remembers our first clip of my very first system there was a sequence or I lowered  stair It was not more or less stable that walk  there.

I do not especially want to be bab, but I have some work over the head, but I promises you sincerely that before two weeks I shall make One demo with stair ,running  and full of more complex movement just for your curiosity.

I have to prove nothing to anybody, I does not claim to offer the best system of stabilization in the world but  A quality system at a price  more than accessible.

Sorry for my bad english

Thank you for your comments
Sincere greeting Smiley

The point I was making was merely instead of making several clips why not just make one with everything included? When you mentioned that going up a flight of stairs will prove nothing except the operators experience was correct but you are fogetting that without a good operator behind the rig you will still see flaws. That's it always a good idea to get a pro to do the demo for you. Smiley Again, to add to that in some cases it does show a flaw in a rig. If the system is not properly built you will notice it in your clips. I've seen it before. So yes & no. Regardless, I am glad you are suceeding in your business. Smiley Wish you all the best.

I guess it's time to come out with my own system. Smiley

Hi Charles

Certain person thinks that have it arrives of nowhere, and that suddenly one claims oneself manufacturing of stabilizer. It is far from being the case, the development often takes several years without making any money

i can understant your question about  smootharm the website  speak themselves

Well on I do not have the claim to have invented anything, but I do service to people who do not have the money  to buy a system of more than 8 000$

will be honest with you it is a big game to leave a company from nothing and it is as that which each company begins

There will be always people who will be there to criticize and that made party of the game. I take criticisms readily, but it would be necessary That these people with understant all work that There is behind and to stop always seeking the weak points.

I do not want especially to be of bad faith, I decided to be in the forum and I was to expect me there, we are all human After all

I will take time to make a  complete demo and to be better that i can do.

Sincerely I believe that all people of hombuilt stabilizers wait to see your system but you have surely reason why you could not finish it.

Sincere Greetings an thank's for your wish!

Well frédéric I hope you are not offended? That was not my intention. I was just more concern about the demo. I bet your system works as advertize. That's not what I was talking about. I admire you and your business venture. I respect you for that. Smiley Please don't mistake my critism as a negative response to your company. Absolutely not. Smiley

BTW, what do you mean by your remark?:

You dont offends me , I speak generally and I try  to be understood in English what it is not innate for me.

Your comments are right, I defend  only my point of view.

People we hasten to see your complete system but your are  certainly very busy for the moment and you has no time  to make photo Or to end it and it is normal.

I just wanted to say to you that
