hello everyone i have attached an image of the possible problem (not sure if its normal) with my arm and was wondering if the same thing happens to yours

Yes, I had the same issue and it was due to my bearing "seats" being oversized by just a couple thousandths of an inch.  I turned the pieces  around and remachined them with an undersized 5/8 end mill and the problem is gone ( luckily found one at Boeing surplus here in Seattle WA).   Also, if I had it to do over again I would use shoulder bolts to take up some of the "play".  Alas, I cannot find 1/4 inch shoulder bolts that have 1/4-20 threads.  The only 1/4 shoulder bolts I can find have much smaller 10-24 threads.   I may use helicoils which would allow me to use the 10-24 but I have to say I am a bit concerned that the 10-24 can withstand the shearing strength that is applied by the springs.
