Over the next 3 months + I'm taking apart the 3P Magiqcam Arm,Sled,Vest and will be posting pictures and info of the whole things construction including sizes of every part and parts names etc and if anyone has any questions along the way I will try my best to answer.
I just thought it would be great reference for new forum members and help everyone who purchased the p2+p3 rig fix its known problems and get parts..

3P RIG CONSTRUCTION
(1) THE DUAL ARM Click on pictures for high rez
PARTS: (1) 13mm ALU bar cut to 80 mm and pressed in to two bearings 13mm ID x 28.5mm OD approx
(2) Flanged bearing 1/4"IDx1/2"OD = 6.5mm ID x 12.6mm OD approx

(4) Top ALU arm bone with U cut out on top for spring ajustment, ALU is 2.5mm thick and bent to a U shape L 254mm H 41mm W 46mm
(5) Spring ajuster grip (to center of the 2 holes is 36.5mm ) 2.5mm steel welded to M8 thread connector that is 22mm in length
(6) Springs 145mm long tip to tip 27mm center width.
(7) Bottom ALU arm bone ALU is 2.5mm thick and bent to a U shape L 254mm H 41mm W 46mm
(8] Fabric sleaves to cover springs from dust etc
(9) M8 boult L 63mm , thread length 26mm
(10) Plastic M8 boult cover cap (push on)

(12) Skate bearings OD 22mm, ID 8MM

(14) Square plastic cap end for box metal iside L 35mm x W 16mm x H 15mm
(15) Arm stop
(16) Socket cap screw and thread connector M8
(17) 6mm stud pushnuts (top hats) M6
(18) M8 SS washers used as spacers
(19) M8 SS lock nuts
(20) M8 SS threaded rod cut to size
(21) 6mm S Steel bar cut to 55 mm

ARM SPECIFICATIONS (1) Total Arm Weight is 7.6lbs / 3.44kg.
(2) Total Arm Length (slack springs) 825mm / 32.1/2" .
(3) Max weight Arm Will Hold (not sure here, I have tested up to 8kg with no flex and feel it could take a lot more, will do more tests asap ).
(4) Main construction is steel tube and steel box section with brazed welding , Aluminum bones and socket block.
(5) Total of 24 bearings.
