Hello from Georgia
« on: September 23, 2006, 08:24:15 PM »

Hello everyone,
I have been reading and following this website for the past two years.  I mainly do weddings and just recently have been doing so freelace work.  I would really love to make this rig for my DV-5000.  It would add a nice professional touch to my setup.  I also use a GL1 for my b camera and as a second camera for weddings.  I am glad to be a part of this forum and hope to get the knowledge I need to make my own and save a bundle.  I have been eding and filming for the past 10 years.  I started my work with a post production company when they were still using SVHS and then went into nonlinear with Media100.  Since then I have started my own company http://www.mbproduction.com and edit with a combination of Adobe products and Vegas Video.

i really hope some of you know a good machinst that will make the cody deegan for a good price?  second model.

Charles,
thanks for the welcome.
The current level of activity and the amount of talent on this forum is amazing and inspiring.  That is why I joined.  I really want to make a full rig for my JVC DV-5000 now.  I am tired of having shaky video when I move around.  so the time has come for me to step up and build it.
