Hi all,
I'm Sam Heijens, a 16 year old student from Antwerp Belgium.
I'm in the 4th grade of a normal secondary school (not technical or whatsoever).
In my spare time I'm a member of a (how do I translate this right...) junior-filmmaking-group.
Here we work every year on another short movie which we make entirely ourselves (from scenario to the editing)
During this summer holiday we're going to film our 3rd short.
So now you know a bit of me.
Oh, the reason why I Joined this forum:
During the last part of the year I was looking on making a dolly for getting smooth shots instead of those shaky handycam shots. So i began looking on the internet an found this site (
www.homebuiltstabilizers.com) with his pictures and plans a very good resource. Then I noticed the 'forum' button and noticed that here are also a lot of pictures to be viewed. So, I joined so now I can see these pictures. If my dolly's finished I'll post some pictures too.
Well now you know me...
