Yay - I finally finished the medium-budget vest book. And I'm happy to say it has been done with Imperial AND Metric measurements. My goal is to revamp the old books eventually to also include metric, but that will take some time. Then I will compile all three books into one for those who prefer to not buy separately.
The new vest book has specs for a female socket block as well as the older alternative arm connect method. When I redo the arm book I will add the male socket block.
Cost of parts to make the vest were about $160. The cost of the female socket block was about $350. The medium-budget series, or Cody Phase II as I've heard, is now complete.

CafePress is very slow in sending orders overseas. I am hoping to find a new publisher soon that will get the books out in color and into bookstores.

Hey Cody,
I just bought (today) your book on building the cheap stabilizer. You mean to tell me the pics aren't in color??? I'm in the US, so it will hopefully arrive soon.
Thanks, James

Hi James. I'll answer this one for Cody. If you want the book to be in color than he will have to raise the price. In turn You, the buyer will pay for that cost. The cost to print in color is expensive. To keep the cost down, B&W is more suitable. I don't think it really makes a difference. The important is that the detail is clear and readible and trust me it is. ...but if you are willing the pay for that cost than maybe he can make an arrangement.

B&W is fine. I'll just have my son color the pictures with his crayons. LOL
