I started building my rig before cody's other books came out (yeah it took many Fridays after work with a buddy). Will the cody 2 arm work with the cody 1 sled??? I'm afraid that I'll build the cody 2's and he'll come out with a cody 3. But that's progress.
The great thing about the Cody thing is that it gives builders a variety of gear at differing engineering levels.

The second arm will work with the first sled - they both use a 3/8" arm pin. My 3rd arm uses a 5/8 pin, but it is actually a 3/8" pin with a 5/8" sleeve that fits over it, so even it could be used with the first sled.
