I'm watching this movie--amazing what Garrett Brown did with an "antique" rig.  Just fine work in the final hedge sequence.

In the book Steadicam Aesthetics and Techniques, it says that he basically invented the Model II for that movie, as well as developed the two-hand method. However, in some behind-the-scenes footage, you can see he's occasionally using the one-hand method.
