I finally got a job!
« on: December 10, 2005, 03:22:03 PM »

Well people, the day has finally come. I got a job. I'm now officially a freelance cameraman for a local video production house.

Yeah, I'll be filming high school and college sports, and a lot of large events with a nice and shiny DSR-390. Mmm... DVCam. Wink I'll also be working with 2 JVC ENG S-VHS cameras and a DSR-250. This is looking very, very promising. Also, they're already excited about the prospect of me being able to fly these new cameras on my new rig. This will definetly be fun.

Yeah, and it pays quite well too. $50 per game, plus time per hour editing on the brand new Avid Xpress Pro HD or Avid Meridian systems. The only problem for me will be the fact that games don't really start up until February. That's just fine with me though, just getting to use all this equipment has me giddy. Grin
