Wow!
« on: December 02, 2005, 07:59:41 PM »

I'm amazed by this board! This equipment is sooooooo expensive and now that I see people who are machinig/welding it for themselves, I'm very pleased.

Ok, so. I'm interested in both machining and film-making. Oddly enough I own neither a functional CNC machine, nor do I yet own a Camera. I do own all the software to run a machine. I'm presently working on a way to get a sherline, a canon XL1, and finally make a film. It's my equivalent to the Gemini Space Program.

In any case, I'll be happy to share my knowledge in setting up a small low cost CNC with the group. I'm just overjoyed that this community is here to help me build my own film equipment, it's a hurdle that I couldn't clear without this.
So thanx.

Best Regards,
Kris Anderson
