I would think that a 35mm fully loaded with all components will be way pass the V25 capabilities.

The max cameraload you can fly is 12kg.  Well, it holds 40 pounds. Get of your monitor and batterys, than you end up with around 12 kg. I tryd a DVC PRO 50 on it and it was on max. No extras on it like FF and transmitters.

It depends what you want to fly with it. Just a dv camera, perhaps digibeta, your fine. Want to fly extras on it, 35mm ore a fat HD with digiprimes? Well, go for the gold.
If you know what cameras you will be flying, the choices are easy. But in my case, i never know what to expect, so i want the extra capacity. I want to be sure that i can fly whatever the client wants, hence my choice for the gold.

I think you should ask Steven a Glidecam. They are always willing to help out. That way you'll get the correct info from the horses mouth.

They have one for their V16/20 series. It's possible that they can be used together with the V25. I suggest you call Glidecam.
