I actually tried to place aluminum angles, which is for the dual pulleys, above the pivot points of the top rear and lower front arm joints. I then placed a 1" x3" piece of square tubing at the top front and the bottom rear arm joints for the tensioning bolts. It would have worked fine if I had gotten stronger springs and had spring plugs made for the springs. Those clamps I had to hold the cable were just in the way of the pivot points. So I decided not to go with this design as of right now. I drew up a few plans of my own and hope to get the supplies for it as soon as I can. The I am trying to replace my mini DV camera, the price of gas is steadily going up, and I am trying to get that darn gimbal machined. I wish I had a million dollars, I wish I had unlimited wishes, I wish I had a million more , but you can't always have what you wish for.

Sorry, but no. After I realized that I had the wrong springs and the clearance problems I just took it apart and decided to begin again on a much stronger design. By the way I got your email Charles D. thanks for the encouragement. I will try to find those spring assemblies and put them back on and take a picture of it.
