Hi again

I didn't get my rig yet. Sad

I got a email from John that it ship 4 October.

But nothing happen.

I have also sent several email to him about when it will ship, but no answer since last email for 1 Mont ago.

Is okay for me if the rig is a little late, but i world be nice if he just write that too me, so i didn't have to worry.

I'm still waiting.....

Where do you live? If he already shipped it then it should be on the way or still in custom on your end.

I ordered it in august as well. Still haven`t heard anything. I have written several e-mails  asking for a date, but haven´t got any answer. Their behavior is really unprofessional. I have been waiting 10 weeks now. When I ordered they said 4 to 5....what do you call that?

Hi Erik

When i ship my sistem to Europe( FRANCE), The cost is approximate 250$ canadian for  28"x18"x15"  22 pounds
and this cost include box, foam and all préparation and the delivery time is 5 days when a take two weeks
to prepare order.

But i know that the magiqcam is hancratfted is probably the reason why the time is to long

But when we are a serious company has answers his customers and we do not leave them in the ignorence especially when we pay more than $2000 and when is clear that  the shipping time is 5 weeks

it is my opinion and a dont whant discredit magiqcam

instead of waiting, another option would be to ask for a full refund. someone from this thread http://www.dvinfo.net/conf/showthread.php?t=51288 did that. just a thought.

Ok so I finally received an e-mail from kelly John. So maybe I will get my rig soon!
Here is what he wrote:

Hello Roger,
I'm sorry for the delay in your order, but we have had a few supplier problems that we are working out. We have taken this opportunity to make a few adjustments and tweaks to the Series IIa and 2P gimbal. These upgrades will make the MagiqCam easier to balance and smoother to use. With any luck, your rig will ship within the next few days. Again, I'm sorry for the delay, but I know that you will be thrilled with your purchase and your MagiqCam will become a valuable tool in your production kit.
Thank you for your understanding,
John

He said to me sorry for delay.

The day after i got email from him that rig is shipping now(with trackingnumber)

He was very friendly and nice person to talk to on the phone.(despite my poor English)

Now I'm a very happy person now. Cheesy
