man. it's been like 8 months since i last worked out. what a big differance. i found out that i'm really weak now. haha.. but i started up again, and keeping in mind that i operate and working out my back and lower back on the machines. After operating with the Super 16 i found out how heavy it can get and how strained i was after only 10mins. couple years ago when i did dubbed, i had the rig strapped on for like 6 hours with the dvx. So we'll see i'm trying to put myself on a strict diet to get rid of the gut and bulk up. Giving myself 3 months to do this it's hopeful at least.
Me, too! I'm right there with you. Not putting it so much time with cameras, per se, but starting to work out again after a long hiatus. All you young'uns: don't wait!
